A big fat undo

The unraveling process did not take so well so I unraveled it to a nice brown ball of yarn. Now I have to find the pattern again and start all over.

TIP

Do not knit while watching NCIS especially when one of the characters gets the plague. I had to unravel.

AC Moore

AC Moore has 10 balls of yarn for 10 bucks and some of those yarns are 7.00 a piece. I am after the suede ones to make a blanket for somebody special.

I was watching Harry Potter and they were at a quidiche (sp) match and they were all wearing scarves that were their house colors. Why dont I make those??????

Need some needles

Would you believe I have a zillion needles but only on #6. You can knit with one needle! I wonder where that other went. I want to knit dusting pads for those swiffer mops. One ball of yarn seems simple and something for ETSY to sell.


The instructions says #7 needles. I actually did a swatch for gauge and apparantly I knit looser then I should.

Well I gotta go to bed now. I am up way to late. I gotta get some gas too.

Best Tip Ever for knitting

The Best tip I ever got was to put a rubber band or tie a scrap piece of yarn to one needle. The one I put the marker on is the Purl needle. So everytime I start a new row using that needle I know I need to purl!
